Customer Service Officer – Business Line

The Bank invites applications from aspiring professionals for the position of Customer Service Officer – Business Line at its Banking Centre in Limassol.

 

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service, aligned with the Bank’s values (takes customer messages, responds to customer enquiries, communicates efficiently, maintains good customer relations, effectively handles customer problems and complaints)
  • Provides account opening services, following KYC guidelines and procedures, and as per the information collected on business activity to build the economic profile of the customer.
  • Performs reviews of existing customers based on records, data and information collected from reliable and independent sources.
  • Monitors the business relationship, ensuring that transactions are in line with the customer’s business profile.
  • Provides information about the bank’s products and services
  • Identifies customer needs and suggests relevant solutions and services
  • May be required to contact customers with delinquent accounts
  • Engages in cross-selling, by promoting the Bank’s products and services, based on the customer’s profile
  • Engages in business development activities
  • Keeps up to date with the products and services offered by the Bank, as well as key developments internally and externally

Requirements

University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Banking or any other relevant degree is preferable
